Our service network is well equipped to get your trucks repaired right the first time. We are OEM warranty centers for Mack, Volvo, Hino and Isuzu (depending on location). We support all additional makes. We are authorized warranty centers for Cummins engines, Allison Transmissions, EATON Transmissions, Autocar, Fuso, Meritor, and WABCO. We are staffed with factory cerified Master Technicians/ Professional Technicians; trained and supported by the latest diagnostic technologies and equipment. Our Greensboro location is the first in NC (others coming soon) to be a Mack Certified Electric (TM) service center to support Mack/ Volvo Battery Electric trucks.

Just like your labwork at the doctor, we provide you a comprehensive report on your engine/ transmission's internal health. We can diagnose issues BEFORE you're stranded on the side of the road. This history becomes a part of your vehicle's permanent maintenance record, showing any potential buyer's that you took care of your trucks.

We Deliver Solutions

Our fabrication shop installs wet line kits, PTO driven accessories, custom body options, lifts, plows, and anything else you can imagine. We offer wheelbase modifications and general fabrication work for custom mounts and bracketry.

Telematics, Route Planning, Remote Diagnostics and Maintenance Planning.

If your vehicle is equipped with remote diagnostic capabilities, we can often troubleshoot your truck remotely, allowing us to stage the parts and technician ahead of time to get your vehicle back on the road much faster. We work closely with the OEM uptime centers for diagnosing and reprogramming your truck's modules during its regular idle times. Modern dealerships are data driven, and we are continually updating our processes to provide more efficient repairs for our customers.

We Partner with Mack/ Volvo for their ReMack and VolvoGo programs. We have solutions for all other makes, and we also partner with DEX to give you premium used part options at a fantastic value.
